FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- January 29, 2009 -- Rochester, NY – Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. is voluntarily recalling all code dates of the following bakery products because they may contain peanuts that have the potential to be contaminated with salmonella:

Peanut Covered Donuts (sold individually)
Peanut Butter Cookies (sold by the pound, only in Wegmans stores with a full-service Cookie Shop)
Chocolate Peanut Butter Tarts (sold only in Wegmans stores with a full-service Patisserie)
