General Mills Issues Voluntary Recall of LÄRABAR and JamFrakas Peanut Butter Snack Bars

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. -- January 19, 2009 -- General Mills announced today a voluntary recall of LÄRABAR Peanut Butter Cookie flavor snack bars and JamFrakas Peanut Butter Blisscrisp flavor snack bars because peanut butter in the products was sourced from Peanut Corporation of America, and may be contaminated with salmonella.
