The product was distributed through grocery and natural stores nationally.
The product comes in 8-oz. packages with UPC 037983 000154 and a “sell by” date of 12/09/2008.
Consumers may return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund. Consumers with questions may call (800) 494-8839, ext. 425.
