Engelhart Gourmet Foods, Inc., is recalling “All Natural Chef Bruce
Aidells Spicy Mango with Jalapeño: Smoked Chicken Sausage with Mango and
Jalapeño Pepper” due to undeclared wheat.

The product was distributed in retail establishments in the Los Angeles
metropolitan area.

The 48-oz. vacuum-sealed packages are marked
with a “Use or Freeze by” date of 5/4/09 or 5/11/09, P-6024 inside the
USDA mark of inspection, and product item number 360278 below the
ingredient list.
